Hey all! One of the unique things about teaching at Doulos Discovery School, is that every September we have an Outdoor Education Week. This year I had the privilege of taking the 4th and 5th grade students camping again. We hike with our backpacks up a mountain in Manabao and camp at a site for 2 nights. During this time the students have classes to learn about the environment around them, reflection time to enjoy the Lord's creation, and plenty of time to play and be kids!
